I love you with my heart.
With my soul.
With every fibre of my entire being.
How are you feeling right now, beautiful soul?
Today we’re going to dive into the subject of blockages.
How emotional blockages can stop your visibility.
Stop your flow of wealth.
Stop harmonious relationships activating in your reality.
And more.
You see, if part of you wants it and part of you fears it, you’re creating distortion in the field.
To overcome this, you’ve got to clear those blocks.
Those emotional blocks are actually a portal into something divine.
Most people are trying to suppress those emotional blocks.
They’re trying to demolish those emotional blocks.
They’re running from those emotional blocks.
But if we become present.
If we become silent.
If we allow those emotional spaces.
Those emotions that are inside of us.
To rise.
We can sink into them.
Open them up.
Move through them.
Dissolve them.
Use them as a portal to our greatest reality.
Our highest timeline.
A lot of human beings on planet Earth have contracts with their current identity.
Or their old identity.
Even if your identity is shifting and you’re becoming a better human and doing the work on yourself, there can still be attachments to old contracts.
I’ll give you an example.
I had a relationship once.
In that relationship I was in love with this beautiful woman.
There was a part of me that didn’t want to lose that.
There was a part of me that also knew I had to let go of that to be able to move on to my highest timeline.
So, I stayed in that relationship a long time.
In the end, I was brave enough to leave that relationship.
When I did, many things that I’d been trying to manifest flowed into my life.
You see, there was a part of me in that relationship that was still in it because I was carrying these little boy wounds.
I was carrying these motherly wounds where the little boy wanted to be nurtured by the feminine.
For me to truly heal that, I had to step out of the relationship.
Be on my own.
Truly figure it out myself.
Move into my inner masculine.
My inner feminine.
Alchemise that inner union within my own physical architecture.
Once I managed to do that, my field became coherent.
The universe started bringing all those things that I’d been trying to manifest for a long time into my reality.
We sometimes hold on to jobs or businesses.
We sometimes hold on to family members.
When really what we need to do is put ourselves first.
Flow.
Allow ourselves to step away.
I always look at life and human beings like hot air balloons.
Our family members and our business partners are often like sandbags.
The hot air balloon can’t get off the ground whilst the sandbags are stuck to it.
So, you’ve got to chop the rope and let them go.
It’s not cruel.
It’s not being unkind.
It’s called discipline.
Another word for discipline is self-love.
When you love yourself so much.
When you put yourself first.
You nurture your frequency.
You honour and respect your own energetic template.
From there, your signal switches on.
When your signal switches on, everything becomes coherent.
The things that you want.
You move forwards in strength.
In calm.
In clarity.
In presence.
In trust.
You take action on your goals and dreams.
Because your nervous system is safe and regulated, there’s no self-sabotaging frequency playing out in the background.
You just step forwards.
The universe opens up.
You take action on your goals and dreams.
The thing is with old identity contracts.
They often keep people safe.
But it’s a false sense of security.
Like my example.
It let me stay in this relationship because at least I know it.
It’s safe.
I know where I’m at.
If I go out of the relationship, it might be a little bit scary.
It’s going to be the unknown.
Can I do it?
So the safeness is deceptive.
This happens with so many people.
When human beings step into the unknown, they’re tried and they’re tested.
A lot of people return to the safe harbour of the known.
That comfort zone.
They stay small.
What we have to do is be brave.
Keep moving.
Keep stepping into unknown territory.
That fear diminishes.
Those old safety zones become no more.
They just crumble.
Going in and doing the inner work.
Stripping away the fear.
Stripping away the old programmes.
Releasing and letting go of the old identity.
It’s so important if you truly want to have the most incredible life on planet Earth.
I’m going to take you through a very simple practice right now.
I want you to close your eyes.
Take some nice, long, slow, deep breaths into your body.
Breathe in through your nose.
Down to the pit of your stomach.
Back out slowly.
Just regulate your breathing.
As you regulate your breathing, I want you to become aware of a golden cube in the centre of your stomach.
Say:
“There is a golden cube in my stomach.”
Or visualise a golden cube in your stomach.
This golden cube is going to start to rotate clockwise.
As it does, we’re going to set an intention.
I command and demand, right here, right now, for this golden cube to magnetise into it any old identity trauma.
Any old identities.
Any programmes that are stopping me feeling safe.
That are keeping me small.
Self-sabotaging my reality.
I command and demand that they’re magnetised into the golden cube right now.
Now continue to breathe in through your nose.
Down to your belly.
Out slowly through the nose or the mouth.
Just be in this space.
You don’t need to do anything.
The golden cube is spinning.
It’s pulling in that old stuff.
Our words are spells.
Positive and negative.
The words that were just spoken created a positive spell to bring all of that old trauma.
All of the old identities.
Into the cube so we can let it go.
Just breathe for one more minute.
This is a simple exercise.
Anyone can do it.
You are incredible.
You deserve to live your highest timeline.
Continue to breathe long and slow.
Regulating your nervous system.
Bringing all of that old stuff into the golden cube.
As you’re continuing to breathe, that golden cube is now going to flow forwards out from your stomach.
A crystal white portal is going to open.
That golden cube is going to flow through it.
The portal will close.
All of that old energy will be taken off into the universe and used for good wherever needed.
Transmuted into light.
Into love.
Into truth.
Into energy.
Whenever you’re ready, open your eyes.
Come back into this space.
Just be.
This is something you can do regularly.
Maybe you adopt it as a practice every morning and every night for the next month.
Just stripping out that old stuff.
Allowing yourself to become more coherent.
Operating from resonance.
The correct signal.
Operating from extreme ownership.
Where you take full responsibility for everything that’s happening in your life.
Your signal is everything.
When your signal is coherent and it goes out into the world.
You’re focused on your purpose.
Which is you.
Everything starts to flow.
Relationships.
Money.
Business.
Health.
All things.
They become a by-product of a coherent field.
A by-product of a resonance that is alchemised in truth.
Harmonised in love.
Expanded with grace.
You’re powerful.
So powerful.

This multidimensional world is fascinating.
When you set an intention like that.
You admit that there’s some static.
You let the universe know this is what needs to be cleared.
Then you write “signal.”
You’re letting the universe know:
“I feel stuck for this particular reason.”
“Now I’m ready to clear it.”
It’s really simple.
The golden cube will pick that information up and discharge it in a heartbeat.
But you’ve got to make the choice to let go of those old identities.
Because people in your life, when you do, they’re not going to recognise you anymore.
Your frequency is going to go up.
There’s going to be an energetic mismatch.
Quite often people try to pull you back into their energetic template.
Like crabs pulling other crabs back into the bucket.
This is what happens.
People tip into fear.
But what you’ve got to do is keep rising because you’re a Jedi.
You did not come to planet Earth to play small.
You came here to live at a level beyond phenomenal.
To share your gifts.
Your magic.
With your fellow sisters and brothers.
